Stopped the entire class and was very rude. The outside yoga instructors are way better than the inexperienced staff yoga instructors. If the ymca staff keeps treating them badly they will quit. They have lost some really good instructors because of this. If this keeps happening you are going to loose customers.

They pretend follow rules, and do not accept military issued ID, with this ID people can board on flight BUT cannot get in to YMCA. No respect to customer at all, management have to do something with this. Get another great experience with “” great stuff “” May just me unlucky, they do not fork fir people , just want to show who is king here, you are sheet customer , I an here officer and follow all letters on rules , do not care if all customer nit comming here, make stuff live better.
