I had frozen my membership due to a sudden military-related move and didn’t realize I was still being charged—first $10/month and then the full $57/month after the freeze period ended. About six months later, I noticed I had been charged over $300 for a membership I wasn’t using. As a military spouse, constant changes make situations like this especially stressful, and losing that amount of money was tough. Jimi was incredibly understanding, responded quickly, and helped resolve the issue right away. Many companies wouldn’t have refunded it, but Jimi made the process simple and fair. Their support genuinely restored my confidence in the integrity of the YMCA and how they treat their members. Thank you, Jimi!
