  Our family, specifically our daughter, has had such a positive experience in the Preschool 1 classroom. As a parent, nothing matters more than knowing your child feels safe, supported, and genuinely cared for — and we truly feel that at BH Centerpoint. Ms. Britany has been especially wonderful. She is warm, friendly, and emotionally in tune with the kids. On tougher drop-off mornings, she gently helps with the transition by finding ways to distract and engage, which makes such a difference. It’s clear she truly connects with the children and loves what she does. Ms. Weigela provides consistency and structure in the classroom, and together they create a balanced environment where the kids can grow. We’ve seen so much growth in confidence and social skills since starting here, and we’re very grateful for the care provided every day.

  We love sending our son to Bright Horizons and feel like he is getting a lot of positive learning out of attending. :) His teacher, Lucy, is very kind and attentive to our son and all the students in the class. She is positive and teaches them a lot everyday. I really appreciate the variety of activities they have for the kids and how they teach in different styles to support different types of learning (visual, tangible, reading, etc). They also have an app that they update with pictures of the class. I'm glad we found a great place to send our kid for daycare and early learning and I would recommend Bright Horizons to friends and family. Thank you

  We are so grateful for Bright Horizons Centerpoint. The staff are lovely and have taken amazing care of our family over the years. Our daughter started going here when she was an infant and has since moved through every classroom! Our son started too and has been in the bilingual classes and can understand so much Spanish now. We love the cultural diversity celebrated here and have made good friends with other parents as well. It's truly a wonderful community.

  Our daughter loves it here, which means we do, too! She's been going to Bright Horizons Centerpoint since she was 4 months old, and she is genuinely excited to leave for daycare in the morning. Everyone in the building knows her name, and we've always been treated warmly by the teachers and staff. My husband and I were both very nervous about sending our first baby to daycare, especially so young, and the first few months were really hard. We've had such a positive experience so far, though, and now I think daycare was the right choice for us. Our daughter is safe, well-fed, and well cared for, and the photos we get throughout the day (via the app) are adorable. She also does so well with other kids and plays independently, and we attribute that to what she learns at daycare. Would definitely recommend this place to other anxious first-time parents :)

  I am astounded at the level of ignorance of the center. I witnessed a teacher physically abusing a student and reported to the director and still saw the teacher work there. The level of care needs to be addressed.
