We absolutely LOVE this Bright Horizons! We were extremely picky when it came to choosing a school for our son and he has been thriving. He has been there since he was 2.5 and is now almost 4. He adores all of his teachers. Ms Leslie, Ms Jamyn and Ms Gloria are the best and so kind. We originally started out with 3 days a week and moved to full time because every day he would come home and say how much he loved school. We feel like he’s going to be so well prepared for kindergarten and can’t wait to have our other son go here. I’m unsure about the other negative reviews but we have had nothing but a positive experience! I don’t typically write reviews but I felt the need to share our amazing experience and combat some of the past negativity (it seems like Ms Stacey and Ms Becky have worked really hard to create a more positive and professional environment)

If I could give this place a zero I would. I'm a single coparent, so I can't just move my kid to a different school. I dropped my child off a few weeks ago. A teacher here (Gloria) claims that I "smelled strongly of alcohol". Rather than make that report through the normal chain, she waited until her lunch break and told a fellow teacher (who is also my ex) about it. My ex (again, also a teacher) then reported this through an official channel to the court, as well as to management. Management "investigated" and decided it wasn't worth pursuing. It should be noted that I literally haven't had a drink in months. When I confronted the Regional Director, she started a pedantic argument with me about the definition of slander, and promised there would be training for the teacher in question. . She then gaslit me about the difference between an accusation and an observation. Basically just slimy word games with no accountability whatsoever. This company is absolutely abysmal, and they will disrespect you at every opportunity. If you wanna pay like 1300 to 1600 a month to be treated like trash, this is the place I suppose. Update: Reportedly the same teacher has been yelling at kids and grabbed my kid and pushed him into a chair because they refused to take a seat. Apparently the staff said she was gentler about it, in direct opposition to the witness' statement I have. This same teacher remains on the payroll. The director and regional director couldnt even say IF a disciplinary action was taken, just that the teacher in question would "recieve further training." If this place were funny it'd be a joke.

we had a tour last week and the center was just remodeled, brand new. folks are very nice and patient as well. we didn't choose just because it's a bit far from our home, but it's a good daycare center.

This Bright Horizons is absolutely wonderful! I can't say enough about the leadership, teachers and support staff! It is so comforting to be able to have this "family" care for my children. They do a fantastic job getting to know the children and communicating with the parents. So many of the teachers have been there for years and clearly enjoy their jobs. I feel lucky to have them as an extension of our family. No doubt, 5 out of 5 stars.
