  I am a current resident. I have been here for more than 4 years. I have been providing the same feedback about the kitchen for the whole time, with no results. The kitchen is horribly managed. There are frequent statements of "we are out of that." And the things they are out of, are ridiculous; hot dogs, chili, mustard, sandwich meats, breakfast sausage, Bread. How can you run out of staples? Where's the planning? Frequently waitstaff is absent and tables wait for 30 minutes and more for water and order taking. They tell you on the weekly menu that you will have "xxx" soup on Thursday; only to have "YYY" soup. They run out of utensils and dinnerware. We cheer now, when we get a soup spoon with our soup. The wait staff are generally friendly, patient young people. I admire their ability to take our strangeness with a smile. They have a wide range of skill levels, but they try hard. Their only fault lies in their inability to make it to work on time. It is with hope for change and a heavy heart that I post this.

  As of this date (11/11/22)our main contact at Patriots Landing has been Mylene Robert's. She has impressed us with her professional demeanor and her effort to provide us with information to go through the process of making Patriots Landing our new home. We are eager and ready to move in today. My mother, Maria Paras, made her home at Patriots Landing for eight happy years.

  The Memory Care staff are the best! They treat my mom and us so nice. A very caring staff. They take the time to talk to me about my mom and answer any questions and concerns I may have. Thank you all for taking could care of my mom💜

  My father fell and they refused to help him up. They ripped off my parents and overcharged them. They are under investigation. They're the worse. This is how our veterans are treated....

  The staff are helpful and nice and the food is very nice. It always seems clean as well. My grandfather seems to enjoy living here.
