The sense of community and mutual support is very strong at this Y...I.have belonged to lots of ymca's and health clubs over the years..and this is the best of the best in atmosphere...I am 70 and feel very seen and heard there...lots of senior members and many classes where modifications.are demonstrated so you never feel like you cannot fully participate in the group exercises...Its just a great experience!

Their group classes are amazing and have motivated me to come multiple times a week. This is truly a safe space for me and I enjoy coming!
