- NDNegar Damavand5 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at Bright Horizons Bothell today. I went in for a tour, but the staff member who assisted us was extremely cold and unwelcoming. She didn’t even greet or acknowledge my child, which was quite off-putting. The tour itself felt rushed and uninformative. We were only shown the hallway and playground, and when I asked to see inside a classroom, I was told that it wasn’t allowed and that I could only look from outside. I was also told that I would only be able to properly see the classroom after registering, which didn’t feel right. Additionally, when I asked questions, I was simply told to “Google it,” which is not the level of support or professionalism I expected. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this location to other families.

The little one likes to go to school every day and has become more independent both at school and at home. We’ve seen him grow so much thanks to all the teachers and staff’s care and support!
