- AEAlex ESep 5, 20251.0I am not surprised by the reviews concerning their children becoming uncontrollable or injured after being sent here. I have also noticed that some of the positive reviews do not look genuine, based on their review patterns. We live next to their playground. I don't know how the City of Bellevue permitted the construction of this outdoor playground so near the residential buildings. There are two children who constantly scream so loud. It is not normal. They scream out of unhappiness, not joy, so it is torture to hear it. I heard that some residents expressed their concerns to them about it, but they just dismissed it. They think children do that. No, that is not the behavior of a normal child. Their employees just chat with each other all the time, without taking care of the screaming children. They made them misbehave by neglecting them like that. Please do your job and stop disturbing your neighbors.

We switched our son from another daycare that had declined in quality after trying this one as part of our employer backup care program, and couldn't be happier. We have 3 very active little boys, and the staff has been top notch about taking care of them. I love getting photos of them during the day, and the teachers are awesome about staying active and engaged throughout the whole day with the kids. I very highly recommend!
