- YLY LSep 5, 20251.0We quit after 2 days here, even though that means forfeiting one month tuition. For 2 reasons: 1. The teachers here don’t seem to care about kids, also don’t seem to enjoy their job. In the 2 days we are in, no one stands out to welcome us. Day one is always nervous, their indifference makes my kid feel worse. 2. The outside surrounding is terrible. The center is very close to a shelter, and there are always some weird people rambling around, you can see policy cars almost every day. I can’t believe leaving my kid in such environments. There is no grace period. What you paid is their money. But I don’t really care, nothing is more important than my kid’s happiness and safety.

As a first time mom, I was so nervous leaving my baby when returning to work, but the teachers are so responsible and loving. The administrative staff is so responsive and answered all my questions along the way. The app was so helpful in making me feel connected to my baby and gave me peace of mind while I was at work. Overall, I would recommend this bright horizons to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and educational place to send their child!

I’ve never regretted a moment he’s spent there. His teachers are fantastic- I learn from them every day. They give me tips for stuff to work on at home. The best part is that each teacher seems to appreciate my kid’s unique individual baby personality. They share stories at the end of the day like he’s their own kid. Drop off and pick up are the best parts of my day. Every single staff person there is fabulous and lovely. There are some awesome women running that place btw. And the place is clean, fun, and safe. If you can swing the cost, it’s worth every penny.
