    dresses were so gorgeous and everyone was so sweet and so helpful!! i would recommend to anyone who is looking for a stunning gown and needs help choosing! they are very accommodating to budget and timing and also offer alterations as well which is super nice!

    We purchased my daughter’s 2024 Homecoming gown from Bridal Palace, spending just over $800. The gown itself was beautiful, though the overall experience was only average. The owner assisted us but came across as somewhat dismissive, which we chose to overlook so that our daughter could enjoy the moment. Today, my husband and daughter made the drive from Puyallup to Bellevue with the intention of purchasing her senior-year Homecoming gown for 2025. Unfortunately, they left without buying anything because of how unkindly the owner treated my daughter. I understand the shop likely deals with many people who try on gowns without buying. However, that was not the case for us—we had already purchased a gown here the year before. It was disappointing to be treated this way as returning customers

    I would highly recommend Bridal Palace in Bellevue, Wa. I was having a difficult time finding a dress for my son‘s wedding. As soon as I walked in Awring welcomed me with a friendly smile and lots of knowledge. She helped me find the perfect dress. This shop provides high-quality options, skilled alterations and excellent service. They truly enjoy their work and it shows. Julie T
