- XXXiaozhen XiaJun 20, 20251.0If I could choose, I will give 0 star for Bright Horizons at Downtown Bellevue. My 22 months daughter came here for 2 days, the second day when she cry, the teacher(AR or SH) didn't care her, and let her continuously cry outside with more than one hour with a super super swollen and red eyes. However, ridiculous thing is the teacher told me the red and swollen eye is not because of cry, but because of the sunscreen!!!!!!! Also the front desk woman help that teacher say the same thing. How could they treat the little one in this way!!!! This place is so terrible, if u don't want ur little one couldn't get care, do leave away from this place.
- A董博May 31, 20241.0My daughter got severe injury at bright horizons at Bellevue twice during past 1 year. One hurt her eyes, one causes her foot bone break. The center don't want to take any responsibility and just said everything is accidentally happened. Every time, when the accident happen, we got exact same answer like this. Very disappointed and uncomfortable. And when we try to get the acceptable solution, they just want us to leave the center. Recommend everyone not come this place. Very unsafe!
- AAAhmadSep 26, 20175.0My daughter attended this daycare for almost two years and had a wonderful experience there. We really liked that they have nice clean facilities, both inside and outside. They feed the kids healthy snacks and meals and cater to your diet restrictions. They also listened and responded to our special needs and requests for our daughter, something you won't find in many places. Another important factors considering daycares for us was staff turnover and Carol and her team do a great job of making sure that turnover is low. For busy parents, the range of drop off and pickup times is wide enough to allow flexibility in your schedule or around congested traffic hours. All around this daycare/preschool has many positives to consider. I would definitely recommend this Bright Horizons to friends!
