Four Seasons Care Home, Inc. is a small-town residential care home located in Northfield, VT that operates primarily by means of word of mouth and reputation. We are not a “typical” long-term care facility. We pride ourselves on maintaining a warm and homey environment. We want all of our residents, as well as staff, to be treated with kindness, compassion, and respect.
