Tina (Richmond), Allison (New Jersey), Elizabeth (Richmond) and Vanessa (Richmond) are all top notch. I truly hope upper management considers them at the next review. These talented individuals need to be recognized for their service and dedication. Absolutely the best and the quality of care is outstanding. Keep up the great work.” Hey you all out in Michigan look what Richmond is doing for there clients.”

May 2022 - I am changing my review from a one star to five starts. Earlier this company gone through new management and they took feedbacks from patients and their family. We are seeing a huge change. Cynthia Robbs is my dad’s nurse practitioner. She is extremely knowledgeable and hands on. Always have answers and solutions to every situation. She gave us her direct email address for faster response time. When I do email her, she always responded in the same day and if I request for the prescription refill, the medication will be ready for pickup at the pharmacy in a few hours. Cynthia really care for her patients and always follow up with any concerns. I highly recommend her. Also, the communication also improved to full satisfaction. If you are looking for a in home health care company, I highly recommend Visiting Physicians Association. **************************************** My dad has been a patient with Visiting Physicians Association for a few years. At first, it was a well managed business and the Nurse Practitioner Cynthia Robbs was the most caring and experienced physician. She would come once a month and had answer for every type of questions and situations. Unfortunately, both Cynthia Robbs and Doctor Karen Hearst have left the company. Now I am lucky if I get to speak to a live person over the phone. As soon as you call the number, it will be routed to a answering service; they will transfer the call to a voice mail which no one has ever returned my calls. I have left messages for Doctor Niblack multiple times on patient portal and he never responded. My dad had an infection, it took me two weeks to get an respond. The doctor has stopped seeing patient at their house, please tell me why I need their service? If you are look for a physician to come see you at you home, make sure you stay away from VPA. It will save you a lot of headaches.

They are the worst. Terrible communicators, can't answer calls in dire or little situations. They show no concern for the patients. It seems it's only a job, which lacks there empathy. I wish they scrapped all on the employees and started from scratch or gave a training in proper treatment of individuals who are in serious need of someone who can give peace of mind instead of excuses of why they can't do a thing.

Concerns are left in messages, you have to wait entirely to long for a response (3 weeks and waiting), still waiting on exam results that were supposed to be ready in 48 hours from last month , assistants who answered the phone are rude even knowing you've called multiple times, put in a prescription for the wrong meds. My grandmother is deeply hurt by the lack of communication about her health. To them it's just a job, to us it's her life, and her comfort.
