  Bright Horizons at Short Pump looks like a bright, organized, and very welcoming childcare center. The classrooms and playground are clean and well designed, and the staff seems caring and professional. You can tell the kids feel comfortable and happy here. We would be glad to collaborate in the future and bring fun activities from Let’s Party for their wonderful students. 🎉

  We started at Bright Horizons in the infant room, moving up to toddler shortly after. With a reflux baby, I was very hesitant to send him somewhere and wondered if they'd be able to have the patience/care for him the way he was at home- the staff provided that and more! Ms. Debbie was absolutely wonderful easing our first time parent worries, and was so communicative that we were able to embrace the care right away. Once we moved up to the toddler room, we saw even further how enrolling him at BH was the best decision. Despite it being further from our home than dozens of other care centers, our sons language, sharing skills, personality, etc blossomed and I can confidently say it is from the care of his teachers/staff, but also the curriculum! I really appreciate that the day is planned out and he is able to participate in engaging, developmentally appropriate tasks throughout the day. The app is an added bonus of being able to check in to see what he is up to during the day, and makes it easy to communicate with the staff. I am confident when I drop him off each morning that he is in the best care, and the smile in the photos throughout the day confirm he absolutely loves and is flourishing at BH. A big bonus, I don't have to make his lunch or pack snacks, he is exposed to foods I may not typically make him. I really like the aspect of he and his peers all eating the same meal and not having to deal with any food envy/issues from an early age!

  We had such a fantastic experience in the Infant program at BH Short Pump!! The amazing and experienced teachers treated our daughter like their own and quickly became part of our "village." The level of love, care, attention to detail, professionalism, and fun that they bring to all of the babies each day simply blew us away. It brought us so much comfort seeing how happily our daughter went to them each morning - with a big hug, excited to play. All of the staff, along with the leadership team, have created a nurturing and supportive environment that enabled our daughter to develop the confidence she needed to thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally. All of the providers at BH are so special and even took the time to get to know our older son at drop-off and pick-up each day. BH truly embraced our entire family and for that we will be forever grateful. Thank you for a wonderful experience that we will always look back on so fondly!

  We have been BH customers since 2014, both of my girls went there. The facility is clean, staff is very friendly. They call you whenever there's a situation that requires parents' attention. And most important -> they take action when you share a feedback or raise a concern. My younger daughter is allergic to lot of items, and they always took special care to keep her away from allergens. They also have an app where they upload photos of kid's activities and keep parents updated on their kid's progress. Big thank you to the whole staff. I highly recommend this center for child care.
