  Bright Horizons at Short Pump looks like a bright, organized, and very welcoming childcare center. The classrooms and playground are clean and well designed, and the staff seems caring and professional. You can tell the kids feel comfortable and happy here. We would be glad to collaborate in the future and bring fun activities from Let’s Party for their wonderful students. 🎉

  Bright Horizons is the BEST! We have loved watching our son grow and thrive at BH Short Pump since he started a year ago. The teachers/staff are so warm, welcoming, and fun. We love the updates in the app all day with photos/videos and details about his eating, sleeping, and diapering. We have total peace of mind dropping him off knowing he’s in the best of hands. We love the curriculum, enrichment activities, and emphasis on reading + outdoor play. Also, the center is very clean, secure, and the staff is wonderful at communicating with the parents. Couldn’t imagine a better experience than we’ve had at BH!

  I have a 30-month and a 6-month old, who both started attending here since they were 4 months. As a working parent, finding a reliable and nurturing daycare for my children was the top priority and Bright Horizons at Short Pump has exceeded my expectation. The teachers prioritizes the hygiene and the overall health of the classroom and all its students. They are very strict about the illness policy, so our kids rarely got sick. And seeing them changing disposable gloves for every feeding and diaper change made me relieved. They have all different kinds of strict policy and I know those will protect my children. They offer many different age-based engaging activities, with the STEM concepts. We get 5-10 pictures/videos uploaded to the app each day, and my husband and I always say "They experience WAY MORE at school then what they can experience being home." Even when the baby is so young that he could only do tummy time, they would put different things in front of them every day, and my baby touched, painted, drew, heard, and saw various things. Our family speaks Korean at home, so my children learns English solely from daycare, and having seen my 30-month-old picking up English, I know he is learning very well through all the good education and love at daycare. Because I was so satisfied with my experience with my firstborn, and the same staffs were there even after 2 years, I sent my secondborn without any hesitation. I believe that my children will grow and thrive here!

  This Bright Horizons facility provides phenomenal care for our two children for the last 2 years. The depth of care includes detailed educational goals and amazing age appropriate activities. Bright Horizons uses its own app to provide pictures and videos of the kids from time to time along with a detailed daily synopsis of their days. I love the promptness of sharing throughout the day how the kids are doing. The teachers and staff are great and a joy to work with. I know I can trust my children in their care - day after day!
