  My children have attended BH Henrico for three years and we have had a great experience during this time. One of my children has a severe food allergy, so I am grateful that the Center takes food allergies seriously. The administration team is available and welcoming to discuss anything and the teachers are genuinely nice people. The Center provides breakfast, lunch, and snack, which is one less thing to worry about as a parent. I would highly recommend.

  I literally cannot recommend the team at this Bright Horizons enough! We have been with this location since our daughter was 11 weeks old. The team not only takes excellent care of our daughter (now 20 months), but they also feel like our family. They’ve helped us learn to raise our infant into a toddler, through all of the developmental milestones (particularly important for raising our first born far away from any family supports!). They are patient, kind, friendly, and communicative. All of these components have been important and apparent throughout this pandemic and we feel incredibly safe, supported and heard. On a technical note, the hours, flexibility, and daily reports/app are awesome!
