  Have been associated with Bright Horizons for more than 2 years now. Back in India the center was amazing and hence it was an obvious choice in US as well. I must say that I am amazed by the knowledgeable staff onboard. Directors and teachers are able to address all concerns and our child loves the center so much that she wants to go to school over the weekend as well. Glad to be associated with Bright Horizons Reston.

  My daughter attends this center for backup care in the Infant 2 classroom. She loves (and we do too) her teachers! Miriam the lead teacher really makes me feel at ease anytime I have to leave her. I love the daily reports that I can receive in my email detailing her day including lots of pictures!!! Seriously the best center around with the best teachers, curriculum and infant environment!

  This center is extraordinary, and we are thankful to have found it. Among the many things we love about this center, some are: The classrooms are very clean and very spacious and furnished beautifully and appropriately according to their level. The number of students in each class is significantly smaller than other centers that we have experience with. In addition to their classrooms they have science lab, art room and movement spaces, which our son enjoys a lot. All the teachers and staff that our family has an experience working with or a chance to know are helpful, cordial, welcoming, and you can't fail to notice they care for the kids with love. Our son is in the preschool class and his main teacher so far, Ms. Sarah, is very warm, kind, energetic, passionate and loving teacher. Her connection and healthy bonding with the kids is extraordinary. Our family appreciates the fact that she sincerely cares about her students. She guides, encourages, and celebrates their accomplishments. Despite the time of day, we always find her full of this positive energy and well engage with the students. The center director Ms. Jyotsna is a passionate and energetic director who works alongside teachers in classrooms, encourages parents to get involved, addresses all our questions and concerns promptly. She actively encourages parental input and involvement. They plan events and activities that promote diversity, cultural awareness and give opportunities for our little ones to learn about and appreciate new culture in fun and enjoyable way. Most importantly, we are grateful for the sense of security that comes from the knowing that our son is in good hands, that he is in a safe, nurturing and loving environment. And our son loves his school so much that we have to beg him to go home at the end of each day. And we are thrilled to see that!

  My son has been going to Bright Horizons for almost 10 months now. I had a rough start as a new mom, but the teachers and staff helped put my heart at ease. We originally had our son at an at-home daycare but had a negative experience. We pulled him out and had to scramble to find childcare. Bright Horizons worked with us to get our son in the very next day part-time and then switched over to full time after two weeks. The infant teachers worked with me to make sure my son was getting the best individualized care possible. I really appreciate and value their expertise - his teacher, Ms. Miriam, has been teaching since 2002! She does a great job of accommodating any and all requests we may have. We are able to enter notes daily into the MyBrightDay app requesting bottles and naps be given at specific times, vaseline applied to his eczema-prone areas, or even extra attention if he's having a bad day. Likewise, we get real-time updates of how his day is going including pictures and video! I feel like it's the perfect amount of information I want, not too little and not too much. Most importantly, it makes me so happy to know that my son loves coming to school. He gets so excited when we come through the door, and most days, he doesn't want to leave! I'm so glad we chose Bright Horizons. The cost is higher than an at-home daycare, but the peace of mind is 100% worth it.
