Thank you PCA, especially Ms. Brianna and Ms. Alexis, for always taking care of little August as if he was your own. We are so happy both of you are his teachers. Every day he is at school, I feel at peace knowing that he is being taught, loved, and cared for as someone like you two. Thank you for making August’s world a brighter place. He loves going to PCA and seeing his teachers and friends. We’re so happy we’re part of the PCA family.

- BCBrian CochranOct 11, 20161.0I'm not one to complain unless it is warranted. This place has some ridiculous policies from which they are unwilling to be flexible. Here is the scenario my 6 year old attended PCA for 3 days and he really did not want to go anymore. Having options, we decided to not force him to go. We paid PCA $253 ($75 registration fee, $89 deposit, and $89 for one week). We signed on for 3 half-days/week before afternoon kindergarten and signed their parent handbook and everything. Their handbook states that you must give two weeks notice if you decide to withdraw. Unwilling to bend on this policy our 6 year old went 3 days and PCA wants to charge us for two more weeks on top of the $253 we already paid for a total of $431 for 3 days of attendance and is threatening to send us to collections if payment is not made. This is a flat out ridiculous way to handle any customer and the owner should know that this leads only to very poor commentary for PCA privately and publicly. PCA needs to re-evaluate consumer satisfaction if they wish to have more positive reviews.
