The funeral director was directed to remove it before her burial. They didn't, and the response from the funeral director when asked was a chuckle that sounded like Goofy and a laughing apology. He followed it with saying, "I hope you forgive me". After forgetting to do his job

We feel so blessed that they kept those records longer than necessary. They have helped us so much with my Dad’s and grandparents’ services. We are tremendously grateful!
