- MAMia AustinNov 25, 20254.0The staff with-in my child's Champions program are great. They're Polite, helpful and respectful to the kids and parents. My child loves them and looks forward to attending. Her homework gets done and she still has time to play. Which is a big help for us single parents. However the customer service team didn't give me a first good impression and the payment system for billing is confusing. Those whom receive child care subsidy assistance typically would pay one monthly fee. Instead you are to make those payments on a weekly or bi-weekly scale in which was not explained causing delays and late fee charges. Upon registering my child I asked several people when are payments due and could not be given a definative answer.
