However, parents should only be charged for days that the kids are actually attending. For example if I schedule after care in need of 3 days only, I still get charged for the whole week. That policy should be reviewed. But overall it’s great for the kids

How can you say you open your doors at 6:30 a.m. but your staff doesn't even show up till after that! I've made multiple complaints and phone calls and all anyone ever says is "they'll fix it". But if you are late on a payment they charge you extra! They should take off of your charges for the staff being constantly late. If I show up towork late which has happened due to them being late i get in trouble. Why is there no consequences for them? Currently looking for a new option for my daughter.
- JRJennifer RankinSep 26, 20162.0A star for their ladies: 1 for Mrs Jackie and one for Mrs Brittany, they're fantastic and the only reason I would give champions any starts, the company is a complete to of that takes advantage of military families and their customer service theory is if someone has a problem or issue that they want addressed they will ignore you and not return your phone calls for weeks on end, then when you're bill is passed due, hit you with several fees and disenrolled your kid, as well as turn them away in the morning and cause you to be late to work, all because they don't want to return a phone call and address their mess ups. Currently looking for a different option for our family and willing to change schools in order to not be at the mercy of the champions company any longer.
