From start to finish, he handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. My mom is deaf in one ear, and he made sure to adjust his communication so she could hear clearly—small gestures like that made a huge difference. Jack made a process that could have been stressful and overwhelming feel smooth and comforting. He is genuinely caring, attentive, and just a wonderful person to work with. At only 21, he is incredibly mature, compassionate, and professional—truly impressive. We are so grateful for his support during this time and cannot recommend him highly enough.
