  Mr. Smith, his daughter Chevala Painter, Mrs. Harris, Larry Copeland, and those we didn't personally meet, gave fabulous service to my family and me. They prepared my mother's body in a loving and caring fashion. The image I had of her immediately after her passing was not pretty. But the image of her I received at the family viewing has helped me in my healing and grieving process. My mother had pre-planned her funeral and OH Smith honored their contract with her... no problems! No wonder she and my other relatives have patronized OH Smith for over a decade!! O. H. SMITH, YOU ROCK!!! Thank you again and again for your dedicated and superb service at the time of our loss!

  Me and my family went in to get a consultation for services for my father the gentlemen rudely greeted my family. He made us wait in the lobby for no reason. Then he insulted us by saying that we have the price list what did we need. Well first we needed to be greeted with respect and then maybe a brief explanation of the services in detail because we are a grieving family.
