    What they don't tell you is that a year ago, the owners decided to REMOVE any care or personnel they used to have at night!! So if your family member is NOT in good health and might need help or assistance in an emergency at night there is NOBODY there now. They tell you to use "life alert" instead. Thus why people are moving their family out FAST.
