Smith Brothers made it manageable. Always compassionate, courteous, and prompt, they provided A+ professional services from transport through the funeral, burial services, and administration process in Hampton. They were very considerate of the family's raw emotions, patient, providing comfort and support, making the entire process (including the final administrative paperwork) so much easier to complete. Their professionalism and efficiency were astounding. They made us feel special, especially with all the extra touches they included without any request from the family. The facility is clean and inviting and the personnel approachable and warm. It was the environment that made it easier for us to do what we had to do during a very stressful and emotional period. Smith Brothers Funeral Home is a Class Act.
