We've had a very difficult time over the last few months, but Charles made this as painless as possible. He was knowledgeable, prepared, and friendly. We felt we could take the time we needed to ask any questions we had, and we never felt rushed. My mom wants simple arrangements, and we felt like Charles understood what we needed and didn't try to upsell--just made sure we were aware of options and moved on. In a year of terribly difficult things, Charles made this one of the easiest to handle--he also felt like a kindred spirit, and the world can use a few more of those. Because of this experience with Charles, we're glad we chose Covenant and would recommend them to others.

- JMJim MackeyMar 2, 20261.0Mom died 2/17, Covenant ensured Florida funeral home they would ship the remains in time for funeral on 2/24. Got a call from the Florida funeral director on 2/23 that Covenant could not meet this obligation. Funeral had to held a day late with some family missing the service. No back up plan, no phone call or email from Covenant to apologize, they did however add an additional $240 for the flight. Inexcusable!!!
