She walked our family through our options, gave us a written estimate of the cost, responded immediately to any and all questions. She helped us craft a beautiful obituary, gave us references for florists, and gently guided us through the process. We had never had a cremation in our family so we were unsure of the process. The viewing in the bedroom setting, instead of in a casket, was tranquil and easier emotionally on our family. They handled every detail- music, death certificates, transport from the hospital- so seamlessly. I really cannot say enough complimentary things about this business.
