The staff there were extremely sensitive to our wishes for our son's marker. By asking all the right questions and by showing us numerous options, they skillfully assisted us in coming up with the right design. They were willing to make all the adjustments we suggested for the design (and there were many) with great patience. Their attitude was always, "We want you to be perfectly happy with your choice."
