Each one was unique and they took special care in making sure they were exactly what we wanted. The craftmanship was superior! The staff there were extremely sensitive to our wishes for our son's marker. By asking all the right questions and by showing us numerous options, they skillfully assisted us in coming up with the right design. They were willing to make all the adjustments we suggested for the design (and there were many) with great patience. Their attitude was always, "We want you to be perfectly happy with your choice." We've never worked with more understanding and helpful folks. We couldn't be happier with the final product. Five stars are not enough to express our gratitude and satisfaction with Hans Monuments.
