  The employees in the Study Abroad office were unbearable; it was like pulling nails to get information from them and they were SO rude.

  We came here to arrange for travel accommodations for a study abroad. We worked closely with Todd who was very friendly and very personable. He also was excellent at his job and help to save a lot of money on our transportation plans to and from Asia. I would highly recommend working with Todd and particular but the other people here at the Kennedy Center all so friendly and seems like they were doing excellent jobs as well.
