There are many examples of men and women trying to be like Jesus Christ. They tried to serve and love patiently, teaching the truth that Christ would want us to know. Great is the worth of souls in the sight of God. This is why Christ performed his atonement and gives the gift of resurrection to all of us. This is why heavenly father has called prophets again and again throughout the Old Testament times. This is why he has called prophets and apostles again today. I encourage you to consider the teachings of the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints .
