You shouldn’t feel like a “project” as was said in another comment- that must have been a while ago. I feel welcome every time I go. I also get to help others feel welcome. Great place to get involved with the community!
- DWDaniel WebbJul 8, 20182.0The good: the building is well maintained and, at least on Sundays, is air conditioned. Everyone is polite and nice. Oh - And, my-oh-my, these folks *really* know how to set up and take down folding chairs with style! It's impressive. Kind of like watching an old-fashioned barn-raising, I imagine. The bad: if you look different, you will become a project (I wore a blue button-down shirt with no tie). The ugly: the only dining options are small pieces of stale white bread and teeny tiny cups of water. If you want anything more exciting, you'll have to bring your own. I recommend caffeine to help stay awake through the services.
