First off, the staff are very friendly and accommodating....at first. Their service is shoddy but at least its shorter. Be prepared to tell a middle aged man about all the details of your personal life. Also, Im not a fan of how they charge. Its based on how much you earn so that'd be great if we we're talking about what we get for what we pay for when it comes to taxes. They are selling real estate that may or may not actually exist and you don't get to see what your money is going toward until you die. You couldnt come up with a better scheme, assuming people buy it, right? Well, they do buy it and treat you like a second class citizen in your neighborhood should you have the audacity to invest your money elsewhere. Not a fan. 1 star. If they weren't subsidized by the government and were forced to exist in a free market, they'd be out of business.
