- ACAngie CarlsonJan 13, 20261.0Was treated like a business meeting. We needed help. They basically turned us away and now facing eviction with a medically needy child. You definitely aren't a organization based in Jesus teachings. I paid tithe for years when I was a member devoted countless hours as a visiting teacher all never asking for anything. You treated my fiance like trash when he asked for a little help. Shame on the bishop here and shame on this ward. We both work full time had a rough January and just needed a little assistance. My daughter has multiple medical issues and sometimes we come up short with rent. We live within a budget and wouldn't have even approached the ward if we hadn't exhausted all options. I really hope you can sleep at night knowing how you acted towards us.
