- TBTom BrandMay 14, 20135.0This is my neighborhood church building so I am obviously biased. But we are a very loving, welcoming congregation. I get excited when I see new faces that grace our meetings. I can't wait to introduce myself, welcome them to our church and help them feel the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My favorite time to attend is the first Sunday of each month. We call it Fast and Testimony Meeting. At this meeting, unannounced and spontaneously, members of the congregation walk to the pulpit and share their feelings about God, Jesus Christ, and the LDS church. The Spirit of God is usually really strong in those meetings as people bare their most precious and heart felt feelings and experiences. If you are looking for answers, or need a lift, you should visit an LDS chapel on a Fast Sunday. The other Sunday meetings are great too, but I enjoy Fast and Testimony meeting the best.
