- LTLisa TaitAug 14, 20255.0We placed our relative in The Charleston at Cedar Hills in December 2023, and she passed away in August 2025. We highly recommend the place. The staff was genuinely kind and loving and took great care of her, even though she could be difficult at times. The first time I walked in, I was impressed with the atmosphere. The residents were happy and busy socializing. The staff was cheerful. The building is nice and well kept. Jaydyn, Mackenzie, and the staff were responsive and proactive about needs and problems. I've dealt with several assisted living places, and the Charleston is the best I've seen.

- KHKim HartmanNov 16, 20234.0My parents moved in a few months ago. Their room is really nice. The staff are very friendly. My dad recently had to go to the hospital for an illness. We were having a difficult time getting him back to the Charleston. I reached out to Jaden at the Charleston, and she rearranged her schedule to visit him on a Saturday so we could get him home the next week. She was wonderful! We’ve had a few problems with some housekeeping and mealtime miscommunication; but overall, a great facility.
