- JCJohn CutlerAug 24, 20255.0In August 2025, we visited this LDS Church, known as the American Fork West Stake Center, in American Fork, Utah. We were attending the funeral services of a neighborhood friend, as his wife of more than 50 years had passed away at age 74. This LDS Church building is clean and well-maintained, and the landscaping is well designed and maintained. This building is larger than many of the other nearby LDS Church buildings, as it hosts special LDS Church events for a larger area of LDS Church members, known as a Stake. The funeral services went well, and it is comforting to have religious beliefs of an Afterlife.

However, I've still been able to make acquaintances with them and even make some good friends. That's one reason why I love this church, under no other circumstances would I have tried to get to know these people, but I'm really glad I did.
- MTMatthew ThorntonJul 27, 20225.0Come and join us in worshipping our Savior, Jesus Christ each Sunday! Services are at 9 am, 10:30 am, and 12 noon. We also have activities during the week for youth and children and many other opportunities to serve and help one another as we take our journey through life. I am grateful for the life changing experiences my family and I have had in this building and for the wonderful brothers and sisters in the gospel who have become our friends throughout the years. (If you’re visiting, make sure to say hello to one of the people on the stand after the service and let them know you are visiting so they can direct you to the Sunday School classes after the opening service.) Hope to see you soon!
