  My baby was walking Day1. Social skills went up. He went into the infant room he was shy of 1 when he started. Miss Brenda was amazing she is bilingual which helped my baby! He transitioned room and it helped him transition to sippy cups without issues! Miss Izzy n Miss Marlena had my son in Toddler and helped him socially as well since they are bilingual too. Kindercare has been my son’s first and only daycare to date. I switched care hours and they adjusted quickly. Communication is reliable questions concerns and request are handled in a timely manner. My son had a good time overall with all the staff and kiddos. They really keep the kiddos entertained with different things. Photo updates is so joyful its nice to see how there day plays out. Only incident was a staff member pushing my baby during reading time. Her son attends the same center. She was sitting with her child in her lap and she had her arm out and used her hand to push my son from coming forward as she read a book to her child only. This was in the baby room on a late pick up day my son and her child were the only 2 in the room. Her child is 2/3. I reported the issue to Head Director. Ms Sara but I never got clarification on her name. She went on leave around end of summer I believe.

  Love love loved this daycare center. Absolutely one of the best daycares I’ve put my child in. The director Ms. Kim is amazing and always looking out for the best interests for the kiddos and making everyone feel so comfortable and loved. Along with Ms. Melissa as well we wouldn’t have loved the daycare even more if it wasn’t for her making us feel so loved and comfortable. My son always had a blast coming to daycare everyday and leaving with the biggest smile on his face. Now that he’s beginning school I couldn’t thank them enough for getting him ready and for knowing all his letters, shapes, numbers and so much more. I 10/10 recommend this facility to anyone looking for a daycare center for their kiddos!

  If you're looking for a day care with standards, you've found it! The teachers and staff are amazing and really help each child AND parent. Our child started at 2yrs old, not speaking and painfully shy but is now starting school with so much confidence. The curriculum changes through out the year with different topics from weather to dinosaurs, the alphabet, and cooking class. They really focus on activities and learning through play and exploration. Being inclusive and adding Chinese New Year to their curriculum was so special to us. The kids learned about different ways to celebrate, decorate the class, eat dumplings, try chopsticks, and shared information on celebrations happening around the city. It was so great to show you child there was space for their home culture at school too 🥰 The communication with the parents is also great! All the staff understand how hard it can be to worry about your child and they do a great job of giving updates throughout the day as well as offer talking points to recap what was taught in class that day --super helpful to take the thinking out of connecting to your little one after a long day of work ☺️ Health incidents were always reported and handled professionally. If there was any concern, it was addressed immediately with a standard process in place. Facilities stayed clean, and kids learned to clean up too! Nothing but great things at Kinder Care West Allis. Don't hesitate, go check it out yourself!

  Choosing a daycare as a first-time parent is one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. I remember sitting at my computer, pregnant and completely overwhelmed, trying to decide where my tiny three-month-old (who I hadn't even met yet) would spend his days once I went back to work. Looking back now, I can say without a doubt that choosing KinderCare on Cleveland Ave was one of the best decisions our family has ever made. Our son started here four and a half years ago, when he was just three months old, and our daughter followed when she was three months old as well. From day one, there has never been a doubt in my mind whether they were safe, loved, and genuinely cared for. That peace of mind is invaluable. The teachers and staff didn't just care for our children; they cared for our entire family. Kim (the director) and Alissa and Jess (the assistant directors) have been incredible sources of support over the years. Whether it was celebrating milestones, helping us through transitions, checking in on us regularly, or simply greeting us with a smile every morning, they always made us know that we mattered. We never felt like just another family walking through the doors. In addition to such incredible management, every teacher who cared for our children treated them with patience, kindness, and so much love. They celebrated our wins and felt our losses, comforted our children when they needed it, and cheered them on as they learned new skills. They became familiar faces our children were excited to see every morning. The curriculum at KinderCare was another thing we loved. I never felt like my children were there just to be watched while I worked; they were there to learn, explore, and experience new things every day. They learned about everything from dinosaurs and insects to weather. They taught them their letters and numbers. They planted a garden, watched caterpillars build their cocoons and transform into butterflies, and came home with artwork that could honestly fill an entire bookshelf. One of my son's favorite activities was cooking class, where he got to help prepare different foods and try things he might not have otherwise. Our family's time at KinderCare came to an end only because we moved. If we were still living in the area, there is absolutely no question that both of our children would still be there. Honestly, saying goodbye to KinderCare was one of the hardest parts of our move. We weren't just leaving a daycare; we were leaving our family. To the KinderCare Cleveland Ave Family: Thank you for loving our babies as if they were your own. We will always be grateful for the role each of you played in helping raise them during these early years. Thank you for being part of our village.

  Sending our son to daycare was something we were excited and nervous about. After our first daycare closed down, we were on a time crunch to find somewhere that would work for us, but also meet our standards. We were so fortunate to find this place! All of the teachers and staff are so friendly and welcoming. During our tour, we got to see that the center director Ms Kim knew all of the students, and we saw how much they love her. The willingness to play and get down on the kids level is such a relief after touring a number of centers where screen time is scheduled into every kid’s day. The check-ins the teachers do with us are informative and adaptable, anytime we have something we need them to watch out for, they’re always able to stay on top of it. What solidified this place for me was when a few months ago my kiddo wasn’t feeling well. He had acted and seemed okay at drop off, but over the day a rash developed and we were notified immediately (he’s okay now!). I asked Ms Kim if they could take pictures of the rash and upload them to the Kindercare app for us to see while coordinating an early pickup, and she was able to get them sent to us right away. Even when Target recalled their store brand baby wipes, we only found out because our center notified us! It’s something they didn’t need to do, nor had I considered that they would. The genuine care and compassion here is unmatched 💛
