- SKSteven KolfMay 22, 20192.0Extremely dishheartened we initially were so impressed by website that though wr live outside of ripoR I emailed for info wjetwhe they could serve us even if answer was no we had legitimate questions seriously were interested in if it was possible for them to serve us they didn't care enough even to answer our email very sad i wish this firm well in the future however I find it interesting that the information I rrrequested yesterday had not been responded to by the afternoon following the day I requested info yet as soon as my 1 star rating was posted I received the owner response hmmmm not sure what that says anyway good luck wish my first email yesterday would have been addressed as quickly as the rating response but because I wish to show a bit of understanding I have upgrading my rating to 2 stars from 1 even a we are nusb but thank you I'll get you answers to your questions email would have taken less time than the response given here wish things would have been different but stuff happens success in the future we will move on I'm sorry owner didn't understand why I rated the way I did I guess I but emails take seconds I am sorry I bothered you I wish I had never made the contact for info I am sorry I will not contact again I'm sure you will have success in the future neither my health or my wife s is good so I' will not connect you again I expect this ends things between us and I am sorry we bothered you truly
