  The entire Champions team has been the ABSOLUTE BEST to work with!! My daughter has struggled with drop-offs since day one. They have worked with her to try all different ways to pull her out of her sadness. They have created personalized books, created rewards charts, and spent a LOT of time and energy to make sure that she feels comfortable, safe and cared for! She still has some tough drop-offs, but they are fewer and fewer and she gets praised for the great days and encouraged/distracted on the tough ones. Every day, she is greeted, by name, with HUGE smiles from all the staff. Every single staff member is kind, responsive and they truly care about the children. I couldn't have asked for a better program to have my daughter enrolled in. They ALWAYS go above and beyond and I am grateful to have such a PHENOMENAL support to lean on and work with (bad drop-offs are hard on the parents as well as the student). I know that when I leave my daughter, she is in great hands and very well cared for. THANK YOU Champions Team!! From the bottom of my heart!!! <3

  Cannot say enough about the wonderful teachers at the Bay Lane Champions site. My son enjoys his time there so much that he was disappointed when I signed him up for early release after the winter concert—he didn’t want to miss Champions that day!

  I feel like I am paying to much for the little time that my child is there for. Its been very difficult and frustrating trying to talk to someone or get them to call back me back. I called maybe 2 weeks ago and have not got a call back. Even with emails it seems to take days to get a response. Also not very flexible with the schedule like they say they are.
