    It has been such a great experience at this Kindercare. My children (soon to be 3 and 1) absolutely love it, as do I. Teachers are loving and caring and have embraced my kiddos. I trust them and I feel like my children are safe and taken care of. All other staff are very friendly and kind. Michelle has been very helpful!!

    If I could give you less stars, it would be done. After complaining about the supervision, negligence and lack of responsibility in the toddler classroom, I picked my 1 year old son up with his face covered in scrapes/small bruises. I was told "a toy fell on his face." I'm not buying it. Neither did any of the other teachers or anyone I know. I'm not saying it was the teacher but something else definitely did happen that the teacher will not say. Nor will the director, Michelle, look in to. I was promised she would no longer be in that classroom and was being "swapped" with another teacher. Never happened. They really thought i was just going to drop him off to be left in the same negligent care. When i unenrolled them and went in to get his things i was greeted with the same teacher in his classroom with a snotty attitude and sarcastic smile. I'm disgusted with this situation. This is the head that popped on an ongoing situation of MULTIPLE issues with that particular class room and was always told by Michelle "I'll talk to them". Oh yeah, the police are sending the report i filed to the state to go with their license. Don't send your kids here if you want somewhere you can trust that ignorant people like michelle, cassie and brooklyn are doing the minimum to keep them safe. Sad because this WAS an awesome daycare until directors changed. Some of the teachers were amazing and we truly will miss them. Unfortunate that Michelle cares more about image than safety.

    My daughter has attended this daycare since she was 8 weeks old and she's almost 3. I love everything about this daycare! The teachers are amazing, patient, and so caring. I feel so at ease with my daughter being there!! I would highly recommend this facility!! The best feeling I get is when I tell my daughter we're "going to school " and she starts clapping and saying she loves school!! More then satisfied!
