  Previous child care coverage left my wife and I discouraged with the lack of excitement our kids showed at drop off. At Jacob Lane, the kids are happy and excited to see their friends and run into the building at drop off. There is always room for improvement in regards to communication though. There have been times when pre-emptive messaging to parents via the HiMama app would be helpful when the kids have told us of some of the "excitement" for the day. Overall we are happy with the experience.

  Our 2.5 year old son just returned and our 10 week old daughter just started daycare. The transition back has been great! The kiddos temps are checked upon entering the front door and from there they are escorted to their respective rooms by staff. At the end of the day when my husband picks up, the kiddos are all set and ready to go. I can send messages to their teachers through the app to relay any messages or leave messages with Shona at the front when dropping off. Everything has been very efficient! No need for parents to be in and out of classrooms/ center. All of the staff have been in masks. I was initially worried about the kids going to daycare, but felt very comfortable with them being there after drop off on the first day. Happy they are in good hands!

  We love taking our daughter to see her friends and the teachers are great! We feel she gets the best care from them while we can focus on work. We are excited to watch her grow with them! They take time to make sure my daughter is safe during this pandemic. I feel very comfortable with her there!

  Jacobs Lane Kindercare has only been great for our 2 daughters. Teachers are friendly and really care about the children at the center. Can't say enough about Shona and Jess as well. Have to be the best directors around and care about every child at that center. This is the second daycare location for our first after a very frustrating experience at the first location. She absolutely loves here and is always talking about the teachers and other kids in her classroom on the way home and at home. She can't wait to get to daycare in the morning. They are really taking COVID very seriously as well and the safety precautions put us at ease a bit. Thank you for what you do for our kids!!

  We moved our daughter to this location after hearing wonderful reviews from a friend who has their child here as well, and they were right! Everyone is so kind, compassionate and we're always greeted by name and with a smile :) they utilize an app so you can keep traxk of what your little one is up to all day. They are so easy to communicate with and are always available to help. I would recommend this center 10 times over!
