- JOJen OrtegaJul 2, 20261.0SUPER DISAPPOINTED! Had all the potential for an amazing experience, especially for autistic children. But what I saw was dirty, unsafe and had staff who genuinely didn’t give a crap about the kids or the place. The staff spent more time on their phones than engaging with the kids. I asked for a tour and was treated like we were inconvenient. A total of 5 staff members on their phones in the play areas, and front, one while the kid she was near physically tried to remove my kid from what he was playing with. Didn’t have any waivers and offered no solution until I asked if it was online. Couldn’t work the system and said she was new and had only been there for a few months. The pool filling in the calm room (corn maybe) was all over the floor spilling out into the main space. Two staff members paid more attention to making out with each other than the kids they were “watching”. One child was grabbing me and my son while the workers were FaceTiming instead of paying attention.
