  We left our center after it closed and were welcomed by everyone. This has made the transition for my girls amazing. They love their new teachers and friends. The space is clean. We love our new home .

  My experience with this daycare was disappointing. The center seemed very unorganized, and there was a high turnover of staff, which made it difficult to feel confident in the consistency of care. On several occasions, my toddlers were grouped with older children, and I even saw children alone in the hallways without direct supervision. The outdoor play area also did not seem secure, and I frequently noticed staff members using their phones instead of giving their full attention to the children. These were significant safety concerns for me. My children became sick almost every month while attending. While illnesses can happen in any daycare setting, I was also concerned about the overall cleanliness of the facility. The daily activities appeared limited. Most of what I observed was TV time and outdoor play, with very little structured learning or engaging activities. I also didn’t see much positive redirection or consistent guidance from staff. Customer service was inconsistent as well. Some staff members were friendly and welcoming, while others seemed uninterested and rarely acknowledged parents. Overall, I believe the staff would benefit from additional training and stronger support and oversight from corporate. Because of my concerns about safety, cleanliness, supervision, and the quality of care, I would not recommend this daycare to my friends or family.

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about this daycare! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely care about each child’s well-being especially the new director Aaliyah! It’s clear that this daycare is more than just a place to drop off your child, it’s a supportive community. My child looks forward to going every day, and that peace of mind as a parent is priceless. Highly recommended to any family looking for quality care and early education!

  This place is amazing!!! Staff is wonderful, the director Pam is a heaven sent, and is by far the cleanest, fully staffed, organized child care center I have ever seen. Everyone has a smile on their face. And several staff members have gone above and beyond for me and my family!!! You are ALWAYS greeted by your first name when you enter the building which is a really awesome feeling especially a center this big. It just tells you that you truly are appreciated and not just a number with dollar signs! I have been to MANY centers and have NEVER been in one this size with so many amazing things to say about them. I hope this is helpful to you!!!

  Terrible Service!!! The staff is ghetto and rude. The director doesn't understand from a parent point of view. Bad communication. Picked my child up one has dried snot all over her face. I had to keep complaining on staff because they wasn't greeting my kids or myself. If one staff doesn't like you they just let anything slide. My oldest daughter learned bad words instead of good quality things. The staff will always be on there phone and all about drama just real messy. They have no stable team for each class room each day it's a new teacher in my kids classroom. I didn't even try to keep up with everyone names. My child had a injury the first week they started not once did they call me not by cell via email or call my job but she had a knot on her eye.
