- BKBG KennedyJun 21, 20261.0My experience with this facility has been nothing short of disastrous, and I feel it's essential to share my story as a warning to others. The owner's behavior is deplorable, demonstrating a clear lack of respect for residents, caregivers, and staff. It's time for a change in management and a complete overhaul of their activities department. The current activities are stale, lacking variety, and it's evident that cost is a significant factor in their decision-making. I applaud Jamie and Jill for their hard work, but it's time for the facility to take responsibility and provide the care and attention that residents deserve. This is not just a matter of improving the facilities, but also about showing respect and compassion for the people who call this place home.
