We just started here in 2024 and so far I cannot say enough good things! Trista and her team are amazing at what they do! I was nervous at first as any mom would be, but they do so many small touches to make you feel comfortable. They had a welcome sign for our child in the cubby on the first day which was so sweet. The app provides updates of what they are doing in the day and Kindercare sends an email each month with what they are focusing on learning! I love that it seems more like school with activities and things to do rather than just childcare. They do arts and crafts, music time, reading and go outside when it’s nice enough. When we pickup and drop off the teachers tell us so much about the day and what they did. The teachers AND the directors knew us by name so early on which feels so nice. We can’t wait to see our child advance!

What can you say about Cedarburg KinderCare? They are simply the best option in the area. Our two children are so happy here. As a parent, I love that they emphasize learning and growing from the infant room on up. They have a detailed curriculum for every age group and they post it weekly. This is a learning center and not just daycare. I also love the KinderCare App and all the updates and photos I get throughout the day.
The staff is also amazing! They seem to love working with kids and with each other.
As far as being safe in the era of COVID-19: I have no concerns. This is a difficult time and the team seems to go the extra mile to keep things as safe as possible. They have very solid protocols and the staff take everyone's safety very seriously.

Rated from the perspective of a parent who had two children go though almost all the rooms over the course of 2-3 years. The high rating is due to the staff. Foremost, every teacher I've worked with truly cares about my children. This couldn't be better exemplified than during an evacuation incident (furnace on the fritz lead to CO leak. Leak was detected; and the ensuing evacuation was safe and efficient to prevent any harm). Stress reveals character, and I have to say that the staff really impressed me that day. They way they cared for my child... it's hard to put into words. Suffice it to say that it warmed my heart.
They've incorporated a nice education curriculum. Maybe it's not world-class, but my children are developed quickly in many aspects including potty-training (super smooth), socialization/communication, and music development (though at an addition fee). Parent-teacher communication is pretty good. They'll schedule conferences, which is fairly standard. If something arwy in the meanwhile (eg - diaper rash), I've had no problem discussing with the teacher and finding a solution.
Financially, I have not found an inexpensive daycare center, and I'd prefer a center for the flexibility and socialization opportunity. That said, KinderCare doesn't try to gouge me for little ticky-tack things. At other centers, I've had experiences in the past where I was charged $20 for one of my weekly payment being a few hours. KinderCare hasn't done that. Plus, we're flex schedule and they've been forgiving in times where we get the schedule to them late (which is huge).
Other random plus: busing to and from schools. That is not to be overlooked.
My only criticism is the facility. Could be a little more spacious. The toddler room in particular is a little cramped. It's not bad; just, it could be better. Security is good.
If you're considering them at all, I recommend at least going for a tour.

My son, Moses, has been attending Kindercare since he was just over 3 months old. It was really hard for me to be apart from him at first, but it had made him more independent and social! He is now 13 months old and still loves it! In the Toddler room, they are always doing fun activities and learning about new things. The teachers are all very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I am so glad that Kindercare was his first daycare experience. :)
