Our House Senior Living – Baraboo Assisted Care is a community-based
residential facility on Washington Avenue in Baraboo, serving families
across Sauk County. Residents have private bedrooms, with companion
suites for two related residents, and trained staff on site 24 hours
a day.
Daily life includes three home-cooked meals plus snacks, medication
management, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, regular
housekeeping, and linen service. A full activities calendar keeps

We are minutes from downtown Baraboo and SSM Health St. Clare
