Social Work
Our goal with The Perinatal Center for Mental Health at CCP is to offer a holistic model of care for our perinatal patients. This will include individual and group therapy for wherever you are in your perinatal journey, including miscarriage/infant loss support and infertility support. We are also partnering with lactation services and childbirth education classes, and adding more services as we grow. We are excited to make those soft handoffs and connections for you so it’s easier to reach these services and education for your perinatal journey!
