Your Big Day carries an extensive selection of bridal and formal accessories. We know this is a personal decision and we encourage you to try these on with your gown to ensure you are choosing the perfect piece! Many brides choose to book a second appointment for trying on accessories. From silver to gold and rose gold, these delicate bridal pieces are exquisite. We have veils, bridal belts, headpieces, hairclips and combs, hairpins, earrings, necklaces and bracelets. They are available to special order and sell off the floor.
You can rent or buy designer menswear at Your Big Day. We partner with Jim's Formalwear to offer you a quick, easy and stress free order and try-on process. These cutting edge styles from Michael Kors, Kenneth Cole, Allure Men have many color choices, as well as, your traditional black. Once you have decided on a few options, we can order a try-on ins-store to confirm your desired look. When the groom's ensemble is finalized, we measure all of your groomsmen. The week of the wedding, the tuxedos are delivered and picked up by your groomsmen and after the wedding, they are dropped off at our store to return. Out-of-town groomsmen? No problem, we can ship directly to their home, office or destination. They can submit their payment and measurements to us with this measurement form, and we'll take care of the rest!

- TBTaylor BaillieAug 7, 20252.0Was really rushed in my appointment and i never was given the opportunity to try on dresses that were my actual size. the store assistant only wanted me to look at dresses that were sizes 10-12 (all needed a ton of clips to fit on me) when i'm more of a size 6. i really wish the owner was available for my appointment as i think my experience would have been better (she was there just helping another bride). once i got the dress home i realized the beads on one of the shoulder straps were damaged (ripped) as well as a black floor mark on the back of the dress. we also still haven't received our pictures they took of us at the very end which is a little odd. the assistants were nice just probably new.

Frequently Asked Questions About Your Big Day
Do you allow food or drinks?
No food please. Drinks, particularly clear liquids, are fine. Drinks that may cause stain and damage are ok but you are responsible for any damages caused to the store and/or our merchandise. Thank you for understanding.
Should I arrive in full bridal make-up?
Please go as light on make-up as you feel comfortable for trying on dresses. Heavy perfumes and make-up can saturate the wedding dresses and force them to be dry cleaned or worse. This increases the cost of doing business and that cost has to be passed on in the form of higher prices for everyone. Your Big Day - Bridal Shop does its best to make finding the perfect wedding dress affordable. We also think you are beautiful either way!
Who should I bring to my appointment?
Bring the people who you really trust to give you advice about your wedding dress. Remember choosing your perfect wedding dress is challenging enough without having too many unnecessary opinions. Large parties can make the appointment take longer than needed and leave you wanting a do over. It is usually best to bring 1-3 people along.
Are kids allowed in the store?
Kids are welcome if they are well behaved and are accompanied with someone other than the bride to watch them in the store. There are a lot of fragile and delicate bridal items which kids have a hard time not touching. We do offer Flower Girl dresses and welcome in-store try on if interested in purchasing or we can take measurements to place an order if we don’t have the needed size in-stock.
Do I need an appointment to shop?
We welcome everyone but do prefer an appointment so we can give you the personal service you deserve. This also allows us to reserve a fitting room for you and your wedding party. On days when we have our seamstress in-store, having an appointment allows her to block time to spend with you to answer all your alteration questions!
For tuxedo rentals you do not need an appointment. We just ask that you call the store first to see how busy we are and how quickly we can get you measured and ordered.
What should I bring with me?
Bring any pictures you have of styles you like, as well as, information on other dresses you have tried (styles, colors, likes & dislikes). Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to change in and out of. If you have any undergarments you are planning to wear such as Spanx, please bring them. We supply long line bras in store but if you have something you are more comfortable using please bring it. You may not know what shoes you are wearing yet but if you have an idea of the height of shoe that is very helpful! Bring along a pair that is about the height you are thinking.
What is your return policy?
All wedding dress and formal wear sales are final. Store credit may be issued for unopened, unused accessories but may be subject to a restocking fee.
