  I wish I could give negative stars because I have never dealt with child care providers that were so inept at their jobs! My grandson is 5 yrs old and was in the program for only the first 2 weeks of school, had some behavioral issues due to adjusting, and was immediately cut off with no alternative. I had to take over child care, resulting in my grandson having to switch schools and to this day (over one month) he is still not in school due to the lengthy transfer process. The aides who called us during his time there did not even have a quiet place to speak to us- there were constantly children asking questions while they were on the phone with us, as well as the loud and distracting noise of children playing/talking/yelling the entire phone call. After speaking with a director in a different location, I was informed he could not come back without an IEP in place, which takes about 25 school days to even get started. 3 days after withdrawing him from Whitman, my daughter received a text from the Champions aide "(child) may come back." There was no call to discuss a plan going forward, an IEP was not even started, and unfortunately there was zero communication with Champions and the staff at the school to mediate this or help him or us in any way. So many adults dropped the ball here and the only one suffering is my grandson. They also make you pay in advance and then there are issues if a teacher gives the credit for days not used vs the "family services" giving a credit. It is very confusing for first time enrollees and the people talk to you like you should already know and are not doing your part to communicate. Very condescending.

  My son went here over 25 yr ago and my granddaughter starts next week it was great back then hope it's still great ,😃

  I'm completely ticked off about their lice policy... They don't do head checks and even if the you report that your kid got lice, which the only place he could have gotten it is at school because he is an only child. They still don't check the other children. It is disgusting to think there are students sitting next to mine with lice, because it is only a nuisance and they are worried about absences

  This is the BEST SCHOOL EVER!!! I remember 3rd grade being the best year ever thanks to Mrs. Collier. #classof2020
