They will say only ONE legal parent can be in charge of the account (Doesn't make sense if both parents has 50/50 custody). Not only will they pick a side, but then will lie to CPS, and do unnecessary intake calls to CPS. They are not there to protect the children. They are full of drama. They will flat out lie to your face, making you feel like you made a good choice or that you trust them. Then will go behind your back. I will make sure my kids will NEVER go back, and I will not recommend this center to anyone. Sucks because there is a few teachers there that actually care (At least I think).
- JWJohn WingJul 18, 20171.0Well, I had to go to this place because nothing else was offered.. The afternoon staff was pretty decent but the morning staff was not worth going.. I had a time frame where I had to drop off my daughter by the time they open and the "lady" would sit there and wait for their wall clock to be the open time, as it was 3 minutes off... which those 3 minutes made me late to work every day.. so I found ymca had a better and cheaper situation. So I left this place and went there.. But kindercare went ahead and charged me a full week, when we weren't even there.. They don't watch the kids if you don't pay, and if you're absent they charge half pay.. so I don't know why I got charged a full week. Never go to this establishment, find any other way.

I have heard nothing but lovely compliments in regards to his interaction with the teachers and children--he is 4 yrs old and tells it like it is! He was obviously nurtured and welcomed into a warm learning environment. Thank you for offering such a great learning facility.
