This school suspended a toddler for running into traffic because the adults here are extremely irresponsible and dangerous, this place should be ashamed.

I've tried to be on the rooting team for this place, but just no. No more. I watched a teacher pull kids arms and yell at them and it took over a year for administration to do something about it. Countless times coming in here to pick up my kid and seeing multiple kids crying with teachers blatantly neglecting them. Every director said the same thing to me when I brought up my concerns "well just give us a chance while we get things together" my child's well being is not your practice subject. A child was bullying my kid and pretty much all the kids in the class and they kept on saying they couldn't kick her out because corporate. I could go on and on. Then they charge your account silently and double ,triple it with late fees without even telling you for their summer curriculum fee, not to mention there was no summer curriculum or field trips. There was a massive teacher/student walk out due to the bs so what is the fee even for? Just another corporate policy they dont mention when you sign up.

When we first started at KinderCare everything was great but then a bunch of staff left at the beginning of the year and it started going down hill. While I think the teachers seemed to like my child, it was a very unorganized operation. A few things they did that caused my husband and I to lose faith in this place: - consistently made notes in the system saying he needed supplies when all the supplies were in his bag, they just never took them out or checked - would send him home in random clothes when he had clothes of his own there - tried to send us home with a giant pile of children clothes that weren’t my sons - lost his labeled sleep sack - did not respond to emails written through the app or regular email But the biggest kicker was they did not warn us at all about the changes he needed to be prepared for when moving from infant to the toddler classroom.

Not a good place if you let a 3yo girl escape from your premises, run into traffic and then blame it on the kid and suspend her.
